Ordered food for pickup on the app to save time. I get there and they assumed that I was eating in. Asked for the food to go and... then they tell me they don't have any bags. Honestly couldn?t fathom how this franchisee is allowed to operate like this. The cashier, after handling the register grabbed... my fries from the top (i.e., her palm was literally touching my fries).
