Food was great, relaxed atmosphere. Only reason it is a 4 star rating is because the waitress didn't listen to us while we were... putting our orders at the beginning. We asked for separate checks ahead of time, she ignored the request. At the end of themeal, she made a huge deal about it when we asked for separate checks again. We will be going back there. Copying and pasting my review from Seamless. Order was placed at 5:57. at 7:15 I called to ask where the food was, was told 5... min. At 7:40 called back again was told they are so sorry it will be a 50 percent discount food is 5 min away. At 8:10 calledback was told they are really sorry the guy is in a cab because his bike broke.....and my order will be free. its 9:23 right nowI had to cook my own meal for a family of 4 and a friends family with 5 kids here that need to go to school tomorrow. This isprobably my first or second review ever I have had a seamless account for well over 10 years. I hope this restaurant goes out ofbusiness. I can not express the level of anger. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE EVER....I HAD THIS EXPERIENCE WITH THEM 3 YEARS AGONEVER AGAIN. ohhhh yea the "free" order never came. You can definitely tell by taste and appearance that the chicken they use for their to-go-orders are reheated from the day... before. My Peruvian boyfriend and I also ordered a whole chicken with the option (extra $0.50) for all white meat, and guesswhat we got? Four small pieces of only white meat, no green sauce at all, no silverware nor napkins, and a small container ofrice to feed one person. We?ve eaten Peruvian food enough to know that a whole chicken implies both WHITE and DARK meat. Wecalled the restaurant and spoke with, who we assume to be the manager, and he told us that a whole chicken is whatever fourpieces of chicken they can find..... Then why is there an option to upgrade to white meat only if they just pick randompieces??? Makes no sense. I don?t think we?ll order from here again! Update: the delivery guy did come back about 20 minuteslater with silverware and green sauce. BUT they only gave us one small piece of dark meat (pictured below) for the inconvenienceand for being completely mislead and/or lied to. Be forewarned about Tu Casa Express. Read more
"Sweet plantains" more like charcoal. Over two hours later and still waiting for the replacement they said they would send. This... ruined our dinner and will never order from this place again. Some suggestions to the place: Do not send this to a customer.When you offer a customer a replacement DO IT! Keep your word. Read more

Amazing restaurant! I highly recommend their lomo Saltado, jalea and porkchop. Their sangria is strong which is deff a plus.... The attention is great. The employees are sweet. Read more
