Service was slow. Only one person at front counter. Other Individuals was standing around and not serving anyone. Shouldn't... happen at lunch time. The food wasn't fresh and bread was hard,old and not fresh. I discarded my entire order. Never would Irecommend this location. Read more

This Zaxby's used to be so dependable. Sadly, this is no longer the case. Over the past few months, it has been SO hit or miss.... Today, for example.... definitely a miss. Ordered a house zalad & hubby a cobb. The amount of greens in our respective zaladswas significantly different. The veggies.... clearly, they had been frozen. The lettuce was soggy AND OLD (look at the color bythe fork .... that is NOT dressing) and the cucumber was almost translucent. I said no cheese, there was cheese. Toast was nottoasted. I have yet to either get a correct order, or receive one (drive thru) with out waiting fir as long as half an hour! Recently I... had to flag down one of the carry out employees to let her know that at least 5 other cars had received orders and left. Waited for my food in parking spot because it wasn?t ready, ordered a simple big zak snack. 20 minutes later and many cars... passed, food still not received. They forgot my order completely. The food is decent and quality varies each visit, the only constant is the salad options (which are honestly amazing). The big... draw back is how long the line gets around dinner due staff not being able to handle the amount of customers. The drive thruline moves decently, but you'll have to park and wait 10-15 mins for them to bring your food out to you. Read more

Zaxby's in general seems overpriced for what you get. This is the second Zaxby's that I've ever been to and the service was... absolutely horrendous at the first one which I don't even know where or when it was. At least at this location the speed ofservice was better than the first, but they seem to be a bit greedy with the portions, and the napkins. The wings and thefingers were about the smallest that you could find in the bin, and they initially gave us maybe three or four napkins. When Iwent up to the counter to ask for more napkins the one cashier said that he will get them in a moment, Something that couldliterally take seconds, took a few minutes, and when he decided to give me napkins, he gave me two, to which I replied that I'meating chicken wings and that I would need more napkins. I miss this place. Great food but wait was really long. The drive thru was congested and when told to "pull up and wait" they... weren't kidding. There was about six other cars waiting too. But the food was hot. When we were missing something we waited tenmore minutes before we had to flag someone down to get it for us and then she forgot because she was in parking lot attending toher boyfriends needs instead. Update when 2 years later (12/24/21) Very slow, very rude staff, and can not follow simple instructions for food. Will not be... visiting this location Super friendly and quick. Order the 10 piece chicken fingers and received 12 of them, sweet deal. Gotthe original buffalo sauce and it was not too hot. Would recommend this location of Zaxby's. The fries were a little sad, notmuch seasoning on them and kind of soggy. Only downfall to the whole thing. Read more
