I'm very disappointed. I ordered a BEEF Quesarito and got home and said, "Where is the beef?" I did not eat it. It was... tasteless. Taste like a lettuce sandwich. You really have to try to be this bad. Call me crazy but I love Taco Bell and was really excited about them opening up in our... smaller town. I have given this place a couple of chances because I thought maybe they were working out some issues. Unfortunately I have to say that the food is disgusting. This is easily the slowest Taco Bell I?ve ever encountered. 3 people on the line making food. Two people ordered ahead of me.... Waited more than 20 mins. I?m not sure how it?s even possible to make it take that long to assemble a few burritos? Read more
Like I understand that a 45- 50 min wait time is... okay for a sit down restaurant but not a fast food joint. Pickup time was... set to 12:15 and yet I got it at 1:00 Ordering online and pushing the order back by 15 mins cost me an additional half hour.They had lost my order and by the time I got home, a 2 min drive, all the tacos were soggy and cold. The worst experience I?ve had. The employee at drive thru was rude, I was asked to ?pull around to the double doors? to have my... food brought out to me. It wasnt a long wait. However, it was not what I paid for nor asked for and once I got home to eat I wasdisappointed in what I unpackaged. Absolutely unacceptable and I will not be returning. Glad to see this new Taco Bell. There is another in the area but the quality is lacking. This new facility is clean , the... service good and quality very good. Tonight I had the burrito supreme and soft taco supreme my wife had the crispy tacosupreme. Will be going back again. Read more
I absolutely under no circumstances will be back to this Taco Bell! To have the amount of staff they had working there is... absolutely no excuse for me to have been missing items I paid for or for any of my food to be made wrong! 2 people orderingahead of me had the same exact problem! Poorly managed. The dining room is closed - drive through only. If you order online, you still have to wait in line through the... drive through, so there?s no point in ordering in advance. Skip this location. Read more
