Usually I love this Starbucks but today, I ordered a drink I always get and it was too light and creamy. So I kindly went back... and explained that it was light and asked for a shot of espresso to make it better. The worker told me I had to pay for it, andhad an attitude with me. Starbucks has the barista promise where they fix drinks if they are not good. She ended up honoring thepromise but had an attitude the entire time. Asked for an iced espresso and a double espresso. Both drinks tasted like they had artificial sweetener dumped in them and... tasted nothing like coffee. This was absolutely unacceptable both drinks were undrinkable. Read more
