Had high hopes only to have them dashed. If you have food allergies, such as Alpha Gal, don't rely on the cook to even take time... to even try to clean a small part of the grill. To bad. The grits was sweet and the French toast was sub-par. If the cookwould have even tried to make an effort this would made eating here more bearable. Feel sorry for the wait staff. The cooksdecision affected the servers tip. With the economy the way it is. A little effort to please your customer goes a long way.Didn't think we were asking to much. Read more
Great food great Service and good employees
Meh! No wait staff showed up for 6am opening, 3 cooks are cooking, doors are locked, chairs are up on the tables, dining lights... are off, and 5 police officers waiting for doors to open. At 6:05 and still no wait staff, we had to bolt for Waffle House. Read more
Disappointed that the scrambled eggs were overcooked (on too hot-hot a flat-top, and unstirred for too too long with big... dark-yellow curds) and the bacon undercooked (lots of translucent uncooked fat, which a bacon press might help). The eggs weredry and pretty tasteless. The hash browns were dry too--a rarity--needed some genuine butter, not just oil. For a short timewhile in college in my 20s, I cooked breakfast at sorority house--I made better breakfast off the flat-top griddle on ashort-order basis. Read more
My family and I chose This restaurant out of all the others in Richmond Hill Ga. We stood up for 15 minutes waiting on a table... of our choice to be cleaned. My beautiful African American family stood with patience. Finally, the waitress that startedcleaning the table returned because she seen me approach the check out desk asking for a server to complete the cleaning of thetable. MANAGEMENT PLEASE GIVE YOUR SERVERS TRAINING ON SERVING EVERYONE EQUALLY . I FELT RACIALLY PROFILED ANDMISTREATED. Due to one bad apple. It spoiled the ENTIRE OMELETTE CAFE EXPERIENCE MY FAMILY AND I WANTED TO HAVE. TO MY AFRICANAMERICAN FAMILY CHOSE NOT THIS PLACE. WASTE OF TIME FIRST AND MONEY. I usually do not ever have issues with this restaurant and I get it all the time. This morning I placed an order through... DoorDash. The app didn?t let me edit my items and I didn?t want onions. So after I ordered I called this location to see if theycould do that for me. I live less than 5 mins away. I get told my order isn?t there and I must?ve ordered somewhere else. I wasargued with for over 5 minutes while I looked at my DoorDash and it was this location as well as the money was already pulledfrom my account. Finally they locate my order and say they can do that. In the middle of me asking for condiments, I was VERYRUDELY hung up on. Next time, I will drive and go to a different location instead of ordering through this one as often as I dobecause that is ridiculous. Read more
