Awful, awful service. ?Closed the kitchen? at 7 but tables around us were being served. The table next to us was sat before the... table behind them and the table behind them got drink AND food before our neighbor even got drinks. Servers and the bald headedmanager continued to walk around and eye our table yet no apology or acknowledgement. If I could give ZERO stars I 100% would.The live performance was amazing though, but I know that?s not actually related to the restaurant at all. The store andmanagement need to do better I?ve worked in the service industry for 8 years as well as dined out plenty of times and neverreceived such service. Left before even given the chance to order not worth the money. 10/10 don?t recommend. Read more

Chicken club is supposed to come with bacon, provolone, and dressing on the bun. I paid $14 to take home a grilled chicken... breast on a bun with two sprigs of lettuce, one tomato slice, two thin outer slices of onion, and two pickles. Did NOT come withthe things I literally ordered the meal for. I picked the sandwich simply for the ?extras? that the sandwich is SUPPOSED to comewith, it?s in the description of the meal. Again, did not come with the bacon, provolone, or dressing, so now I?m eating a dryclub sandwich that I wish I never would?ve ordered. Overpriced place if you?re considering a pickup meal. I think if we hadeaten in house and had the chance to say something then it would?ve been rectified, but because we ordered pickup there?s notmuch option to fix it SO now both me and me husband are left unhappy. His burger was cooked ?past well done? according to himeven though he ordered medium. Would give this place less stars if we could just for the high price and high disappointment. Iwould expect this type of service from the Popeyes down the street. We paid for the pickup meal and we tipped 30%, a whole $10on a $30 bill, but we went home without half of the actual parts that make up the meal, just for both of us to be upset. Again,maybe it?ll be better if you sit down there, but it does not inspire either of us to give it a try again if a single pickup mealcan?t be fulfilled. Do better. Go somewhere else. Go eat a chicken sandwich with some flavor, DONT be like me. EDIT: afterlooking at more recent reviews (I had previously only looked at the general 4.5 rating) I can say that this place apparently hasstaffing issues and should NOT be taking pickup/takeout orders let alone barely any in house orders. Food wasn't as good as it normally is. I've been here before and there have been some changes that were surprises. - There was... a new charge for utilizing a credit card, about 3%. I didn't see anything on the menu and there wasn't anything posted - thefood has gone downhill. I'm not certain if we went at a bad time or not, but we had multiple complaints about the appetizers. -we ordered 5 appetizers and it took 10+ minutes to come out with each. The beer was good and cold though. The server was supernice. Overall the atmosphere and the drinks are the same. Read more
Went to dinner and super accommodating for food allergies. Service was prompt and we did sit outside to enjoy the weather.... Server check to see the preparation of the food to ensure it did not contain allergens and ensured that we had no concerns. Itis difficult to go out to eat with allergies but with service like we received it makes it that much more comfortable. Wish moreestablishments were as accommodating. Read more
Amazing! From the get go it was a great experience. Drinks were on point! Food was delicious! I got fish & chips and my husband... got corn beef & cabbage. Both were excellent! Bartender was fabulous! We will be back our next trip to Richmond Hill! Read more
Great when I stopped here in 2019 - the big Irish breakfast was a decent size and Guinness was served in a Guinness glass. Two... days ago I ordered the same and it was a pitiful amount of food. The egg was miniature, instead of two large pork sausages,there was one large and two cheap looking sausage link things. There was actually nothing Irish about it and you don't serveIrish, English or Scottish breakfast with ketchup. I'm a Brit so some authenticity would be good. To make it worse, the Guinnesswas served in a Budweiser glass! Expensive for what I had and I wished I'd stopped at Denny's where I'd have had far more foodfor less than half the price. Read more
Great pub feeling here with different levels, a fireplace, and little nooks to feel more quaint. The bar is separate, in a... smaller room, which is great for conversations and meeting people. The food was pretty good also, and I think everyone in ourgroup agreed that the fish and chips were the best option here. Read more
