I like giving well deserved complimentary reviews, so this one really hurts. The soles of my shoes got sticky at the order... counter from some previous spill on the floor. This facility is dirty, and in serious need of proper cleaning. I hate to thinkwhat the food prep area looks like. The wrappers of the two cheeseburgers I ordered was glistening with grease, which wasseeping from within. The lettuce in the famous star was warm, limp, and not crisp. The tomato was warm and partially cooked fromlong term contact with the meat between the time it was made and served. The two employees on duty at the time were niceenough, especially the gentleman that thanked me for stopping by when I was handed my order. I have been a fan of theHardee's/Carls Junior chain for over 20 years. Had this been my first experience, it would have been my last. I sincerely hopethey interpret this review as intended, a wake up call from someone that hopes they take appropriate action and have greatsuccess. Read more
Worst customer service on 11/9/22 at 7:27pm. I entered the establishment with no customers inside. There was 3 cars in the ... drive through line. The female behind the counter never even acknowledged that I was standing there for 8 minutes even thoughshe kept walking back and forth to check for orders up and back to the drive thru 3 times. When I took a picture of therestaurants sanitary grade and owners name then someone from the back kitchen hollered to the cashier asking her if she has acustomer waiting. In discuss i just left before saying anything negative to her. Customer service is no customer service at thisestablishment. Sanitation Gade A is nothing without customer service. Read more
Waited for 45 minutes to get our steak biscuits. Severely understaffed, need better preparation for breakfast rush
This Hardee's was good. As we are on a special diet, no beef; they accommodated us by replacing the meat on any burger or wrap... with the grilled chicken. Hardee's has quickly become my favorite not-so-fast-food restaurant in a pinch. I definitelyrecommend. They are putting all others to shame in taste, presentation, and value for what you get. Awful service and experience this morning. I have come here several times recently at 845 to get a big hot ham and cheese before... going to my job and was told this morning that they don?t do that during breakfast. The employee was very rude and argumentativebecause I have been getting the same thing at the same time for quite some time now. please hire people that want to actuallywork and aren?t too lazy to add a different bun to a sandwich. The Richmond Hill Hardee's is the cleanest restaurant I have been to in many years. Friendly staff, fresh food. And the WiFi is... better than my phone service. If I lived in Richmond Hill this would be the restaurant I would go to more than any other. GoodJob guys! ???? Read more
I really wanted the Frisco burger because I have not had one in a very long time. Well I waited for about 25-30 minutes in the... drive thru. Got my food and went home which is about 6-7 minutes away. Open it to get ready to eat and the Frisco Burger looklike it had a bun on one side and Sourdough bread on the other. The onion rings were really cold like they had been sittingthere for a few hours. I am so disappointed ????. I actually had to take the bun bread off to eat the burger because it was hardand had a taste to it. Read more
