It was ok, wife stopped in, machine ran out of paper and napkins were so so.
Even though their door says open till 9, they close up to an hour early on a Saturday anyways.
Subpar quality food by subways standards. They won't even honor their own companies coupons.
2/22/2021 Placed an online order, went to pick it up the order was not ready. Was on my lunch break. The girl who was making the... food said she would start my order after she finished the person who was there order. I said okay I'll run next door to the gasstation while you fix it. I came back and she was fixing another customers order not mines. I explained that I am on my lunchbreak and she got very rude so I got rude right back. She said that my job is no more important than hers. I told her that shedoesn't have to go to college to fix sandwiches but I had to go to work in the medical field. Will not patronize here any more.I will go to Chardon Road location from now on. She needs to worry about fixing the orders correctly because my order was stillwrong. Read more
Horrible. The guy working today at 6pm has a horrible attitude. I had to ask him to spread the tuna out on my sandwich and he... threw my veggies on my sandwich as if he was bothered. He was very rude. Bad service equals no customers. And no customersequals no money. Management may want to talk to him so you won?t lose out on money. Read more

He read it and refused to honor. Family members who were served at differentlocations were able to use the same coupon without difficulty. Will not return! Read more
No joke....One of the best Subway sandwiches I have had in a very very long time. Clean and quiet. I took off 1star only because... the sandwich artist was alone, and called from the back that she would be with me shortly, so I waited a little while.
