Placed an online order on 10-25. It was to be ready around 7:07pm. I refreshed to watch it's current position change to the last... step. I arrived about 7:15. When I arrived the cashier was just finishing with a guest. He couldn't find my order in the systemwhich meant he had to make them all after I arrived. He was alone while a line formed and he did the best he could to handleeverything at once. I fully understand being understaffed and overwhelmed can be daunting. Forgetting to use gloves or washafter collecting money is easy to do. That's exactly what happened yesterday. I had already paid and promised about 20 peoplepizza so I just took the order. When I left another employee appeared to help. The gentleman did great considering the situationand understaffing at this location. Ordered my Extra most bestest pizza online with the Tmobike Tuesday coupon code for $3 but the notifications came faster than... the store could make the food. So I get an email with a code for pickup only to get in the store and not have my food close toready. Took 10 minutes longer after I got the email for my food to be prepared! Read more

Update: They are still not great. Orderrd 3 pizzas today (7/20) and got them in a timely manner but one of the pizzas had a... scant sprinkling of onions so few that i could not recognise there were any until i looked at it several times. It was alsofrustrating to see the pizzas cut but not cut all the way through. In short this location is slow to make their pizzas, theymake the pizzas poorly in quality and in taste. Their management failed to make things better for their customer. I will neverorder from this location again. I had placed orders at this location before and found them slow and out of common things likepackets of red pepper flakes. I was aware of that before I ordered online. When I showed up to pick up the pizza at the readytime I was told to wait, I had to wait over 20 minutes before my order was finally ready. It was frustrating because they werenot very busy. I made the mistake of not checking my pizzas. When I got back to the event that I was at with my family. Iopened the pizza and noticed that 2 of my pizzas had the wrong crust and the toppings put on in a lopsided fashion. One ofthose pizzas were cut very lopsided as well. I called back to Little Caesar's to complain about the state of my order and foundthe managers response to my issues tepid and weak. I wanted them to compensate my time by taking off the cost of 2 of thepizzas which they were not willing to do. Looks are so deceiving! This was the driest pizza I have ever had in my life. Epic Fail. The ordering process was... simple. Picking up was simple. The problem comes with taste. Like others have said....1 pizza crust was thin and hard, despitenot ordering thin crust. Both barely had sauce. When I say dry, these were dryer than cheesesticks lol! Went against my better judgement and ordered a 3 meat, and a extra most bestest pepperoni, and the Calzone Pizza. The first 2... pizzas were super flat and hard. But I didn't order thin crust! I didn't even bother taking it back because of the weather, butI truly regret spending money there. Read more
