Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, squash soup, and cinnamon latte. The food is fine as usual. Love the squash soup and latte.... However, the preparation speed was far too slow. I ordered at the kiosk and I had to wait for 25 minutes for my simple sandwichto be prepared?which is not even half the speed for McDonald?s lol Read more
This place is really dirty now! The furniture is dirty, spider webs visible in the ceiling. None of the tables were wiped off.... The carpet is dirty. The orange cloth chairs are dirty. Just disgusting! Will not return! No way Richmond Heights should be sofilthy! Read more

Ordered online on break, get back to work no chicken on my salad, I call spoke with a manager who tells me I can pickup my... corrected salad. Get there the bag is sealed and I'm assured the order is correct. Get home and what do you know.. the secondsalad not only is missing the CHICKEN, BUT THERE'S NO EGGS OR ANYTHING ELSE THAT COMES WITH A GREEN GODDESS SALAD... Got a birthday gift card and remembered how good the Caesar salad was. Stopped by the Clayton road store and placed to go... order. When I got home and opened the bag the salad consisted of chicken and lettuce - not what I remembered about this salad.Of course the dressing was tasty. The wait was almost 25 minutes. Read more
It?s been a few years since I came into this place but I had this gift card I?ve been holding onto since my birthday in May &... today was a good day to stop in on a quick dinner break. I think the inside could do a heck of a remodeling & furnitureupgrade??????????? Overall though Customer service was SUPERB!!!! As was the food! I ordered the You-Pick-Two with thebroccoli/cheddar bread bowl & the chicken avocado BLT ????. I sat inside to eat & my food was very warm just the way it shouldbe! So I was actually there to do a Doordash pickup this morning, which the drink was part of. However, I decided to get a bagel and... cream cheese (it was 7 ish in the morning). This location is very nice as well. The staff was friendly, and orders were promptlyhandled. Usually I go for a sandwich, and I recently tried the flat bread for the first time. I've always been a fan of StL Bread Co (fine, Panera), but this chef's chicken sandwich looks nothing like advertised. Hardly... any sauce or pickles, the chicken was a bit dry and flavorless. Stick with the sandwiches, soups, and breakfast items. Read more
