Drive thru speaker wasn't working on the evening I went to order. Ontop of that the line was long!!! 10 minutes. Got to the... speaker sign said pull forward OK!!!! 8 more minutes.... Well I made it to the window and placed the order for 3 cobe salids.The young man politely said sir we don't have any salids. Needless to say... Sign out front says "Dining Room Open" but door is locked and staff say the lobby is closed. They also say they aren't doing... curbside orders and everyone has to go through the drive thru. What's the point in having an app where I can place orders ifI'm going to have to sit in the drive thru for 20 minutes anyway? Read more

Zaxby's has the best Cobb salad. I purchased a Cobb salad twice in September 2022. It's like a food item is always missing from... the salad and not to mention, there is less lettuce in the salad. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would! This is the worst salad I?ve ever had! Like where are the eggs? The chicken was... hard & the actual salad itself look like it?s going bad! HANDS DOWN the best Drive-thru Chicken Wings IN TOWN! Sporting a splendid variety of sauces bound to hit the spot for anyone... looking for the tasty flavors like Teriyaki, or the KICK of their signature "Tongue Torch" . It's a tearful "so long" to their"Insane" sauce because they were some of the hottest wings I've ever had. But my new yoozh is their "Buffalo Garlic Blaze"wings, which has a decent amount of that KICK we were talking about, but is also incredibly savory. Plenty of other things tochoose from besides wings though. Sandwiches, Salads and sides. (Like the Fried pickles that we love) The line can move slowand might be a tad expensive. Three for three messed up orders. Haven?t been in a while. Got lunch here today got a sandwich with the sauces on the side they... took the ranch off put the hot sauce on the sandwich and on the side but gave me no ranch. I?m tired of them not doing their job correctly. I went to this location last week got my usual and there was NO seasoning on... the fries at all. So when I go this week I told them to make sure there is seasoning on my fries. I check my fries to be sureand they seasoned them and gave me extra a seasoning but guess what! They only give me 7 pieces of chicken (luke warm at that)when I paid for 8!! Had the ranch in my food and who knows if they had gloves on. Read more
