Unfortunately when my family and I arrived Wendy's was short staffed which isn't my issue. Because they were short staffed the... dining room was closed but they had no sign to indicate. I then proceeded to go through the drive thru in which they forgot mydaughter's kids meal. I tried to correct it by seeing if someone would come to the door but to no avail so I had to wait in thedrive thru a second time. Read more

Why this Wendy's is here don't even know. Never have dinning room open. Takes way too long for food. Looks really bad inside.... Employees don't even care. This management needs to close the store before the get shutdown. Read more

The only reason I'm giving a 3 is because our order was correct and the burgers were hot. The fries were inedible because they... were cold and extremely salty. That's coming from someone who loves salt! While our order was being taken, we could hear someonelaughing loudly in the background. Upon arriving at the window, we discovered it was the manager. Maybe instead of cackling andhaving social hour, the manager should be doing quality control checks on the food going out the window. Read more

There should be some way to contact the owner of this Wendy's. Our order was incorrect and was taken back. There was such... rudeness from the manager....l have NEVER been talked to or treated that way in my life. The order was replaced and then themanager told us to hurry up because the food for the car behind us was getting cold. If she had not argued with me for 5 minutesthings would have moved faster.
