Never again. I've been going to this place for 30+ years, and even used to manage this location when I was in my late teens and... early twenties. Sooo disappointed. Walked in to dine in for lunch with my son... these ppl didn't greet us so we go to the restroom, and come back out to the... counter. 3 people looked at us, and didn't say a thing. They had to send someone to take our order. He switched the signs aroundfrom lunch back to breakfast. It was 10:20am I told him we wanted lunch and did we need to wait the 10 minutes... he said okayand turned and walked away....there is a huge lack of customer service here. Read more

Really disappointed. Went there for my fav, Asiago chicken club, which has always been excellent at other Wendy's, but this... was bad. Chicken should not be chewy. It was everything you don't want in a chicken sandwich. I will say that their smallfries were bigger than Burger King's medium, but I wasn't there for the fries...and look at all the dang "heels"!!
