I sat in in line 20 mins ordered a junior Burger & medium frosty. It came to $4.86, When I got to the window the food was... handed to me, the window shut, I had in meantime set my frosty in my cup holder (not realizing it was not a medium but a small),the guy finally acknowledges I'm still sitting there,opens the window and says "you waiting for change" I said yes, he says "wedon't have any, I only have Quarters, your change is 14 cents" & closed the window No receipt, no napkins, no change wrong sizefrosty, and NO thank you! The messed my order up two times then charged me for something that I didn't even ask for and couldn't get cause they didn't... have it. The staff was rude with attitudes and the drive thru line took about 25 -30 mins. Read more
Wow, I normally do not leave reviews. But I received the most worst service of my life that I have to in order to warn others. I... went here a few months ago to buy a meal for a friend (I usually do not get Wendy's on my own, it is a very rare occurrence).After a horrible drive-thru encounter with an unfriendly associate. I realized that my card was taken once I arrived at anoffice. I had not been anywhere else and I had used my card at that Wendy's. I had called the location multiple times to askwhether a debit card was left at that location, but I was either hung up on or was told I was being ridiculous as the associatesaid she had not taken my card (I did not even imply that she did I just was hoping both parties had forgotten to get the debitcard back as I understand mistakes happen). I was refused from speaking to a manager, and that was that. After A WEEK (and thisis once I have disabled my card and labelled it as stolen) I received a notification from my bank that the card was used andguess which location it was for... that very own Wendy's location. It was used again one more time after that. I contactedWendy's Corporate and I received one email to give a description of the employee. After that, I had no follow-up and it was veryclear that no one cared of what had transpired. I WILL NEVER GO TO A WENDY'S IN MY LIFE and to whoever made it to the end ofthis never go to Wendy's, the McDonald's location on Broad is even better than this. Read more
I ordered a bacon and egg breakfast biscuit. I'm guessing you already know the structural format to making one of these....I... will tell the basic steps that any 6th-grader should know how to do to you as I see them. 1. The Biscuit.... should have someblend of mild seasoning such as a dash of salt or even a pat of butter in the mix... even better throw in some buttermilk...whatI got was dry and tasteless. 2. The Egg.... the MAIN feature...you crack an egg and drop it on a flat top inside of a ring andbust the yolk and when cooked so as one could play miniature Frisbee with it it gets placed on the bottom portion of the dry,tasteless biscuit. At least that was done in proper order. Last, but not least, The Bacon....yes, the sad and lonely anorexicBacon. Sliced so thin it simply crumbles between my fingers. My suggestion to the Redhead...Do what you do best and bethankful. Breakfast does not appear to be your forte'. I hope my next visit will be much proved and more enjoyable. Thanksfor your time.
