Disgusting. The people who work there are ghetto and don't want to work. We have been to that disgrace of a restaurant 3 times... and did not get any service. The employees will literally stand there and act as if they don't see you or want to take yourorder. It's just appalling that they are disrespectful and treat people the way they do. I placed my order through the app and chose the drive thru as the pick up option. When I arrived to the drive thru I was told to... pull around to the front for my order. About 20 min went by and an employee came out and said that they don?t bring out ordersand that I had to come in and get my food. I told them I couldn?t because I had on pajamas and was not appropriately dressedwhich I was chose the drive thru as my pick up option. I had to plead with them to bring my food out. Placed order fine, after that down hill. Pulled up gave Cc to male employee at window all fine, then next thing I see is male... employee outside front door smoking. That's all great everyone needs a break only thing NOONE relieved him to take a break. Healso had someone join him, that person seem to also be on a break, but when he got done eating he just threw his container onthe ground enstead of the trashcan. I ordered twice from the Wendy?s on East Laburnum Ave. I had my order delivered. They got it wrong both times. They refunded... my money the first time, now waiting for the second refund. I had put on the order, please make sure all my items are accountedfor. It makes me feel, the employees can?t read. DoorDash tried her best to get my order corrected, but DoorDash supervisortold her to tell me to call Wendy?s for a refund. They need to either get some new stocks in the stable or just demolish thewhole store and start from scratch. I would not recommend this store to my worse enemy. Read more

Literally just left from this establishment, they forgot 1 of my sandwiches and now after 20 attempts won't answer the phone.... Lady at the drive thru almost dropped my drinks and could fix her attitude, along with verifying orders are correct beforegiving them to customers.
