I love that it?s open late, and the food is decent. Of course there?s not much consistently regarding the quality of the food... but that?s to be expected since it?s just fast food like sometimes the fries are cold but the rest of the food will be ok. I just contacted the local health department. Not only did my husband and I get sick twice this week from this Wendy's, but I... just found out that my CO worker said that he's gotten sick a couple of times recently (from the *same exact item* at the samelocation) as well. This is the absolute worst run fast food restaurant out there. The management should be fired and the employees all retrained.... 80% of the orders are wrong. They forget about your order when they make you wait. The manager blatantly lied to the customer. Lousy customer service at this location, you would be lucky to get a "thank you." I went there a few weeks ago and was told they... were out of coke and was offered cherry coke. No way. Then I was told they had regular coke but they had to get it from thedine-in area. Well last night my order included coke and once again I was told they were out of coke. Picked up a couple of salads - Strawberry Salad is back! So good. This Wendy's has consistently good service at the drive... through. This location's landscaping is so beautiful with perennials, shrubs, mulch, etc. Someone really loves taking care ofthe outside of this restaurant. Makes staying in line a pleasure. Read more
I really do not understand why this Wendy?s can?t figure out food service. I mean, from my personal experience as working years... in food service and I can very confidently say y?all don?t have it figured out. You get my order wrong almost every single time.Being rude to customers isn?t customer service. If y?all hear an order wrong, correct it. If y?all burn food, correct it. If youforget something in an order, you don?t charge someone extra for it. I do not understand what?s going on. I ate at a Wendy?s inFL regularly and they literally never had issues in the three years I went there. It?s like y?all have different standardsentirely. Y?all need to do training again or something. Order from DoorDash and this what I get I ask for 2 baconator sandwiches , spicy Asiago ranch chicken sandwich and got a regular... chicken . Chili cold not fresh and give me meat and cheese in a container instead of making the sandwich and then somebody tooka bite out of the hamburger patty very unacceptable next stop health department !!!!!!! The girl didn't mark the drinks and when I asked which was which, all I got was a blank stare. The manager stepped in and... responded "she don't know which is which!".... And walked away. Fast food is fast food. They deserve$20 per hour! LoL Read more
