The drive thru had taken 10 mins with only 2 people in front of me and I still wasn't at the speaker. I decided to park and go... inside, there were no other customers and that took another 10 minutes. The 2 young ladies handling the front and the windowwere very kind. They look to be short staffed and unfortunately the manager that was there was rude and barking at theemployees. Once she saw me She changed her tune and started talking real nice and sweet. $11 for a #7 Big Bacon Classic that was similar in size to a kids meal. This is why I don't eat fast food much. The fries were... hot, the burger wasn't, and the sweet tea was fine. Employees were about the business of getting the food out without askingquestions about if you need anything else (sauces/napkins). The drive thru was busy (lunch time) but moved you through. My favorite Wendy's when Mom/Owner is running the drive-thru. You get the Awesome service you come to expect and the food is... always on point! This evening was a little different, Mom was not running things at the window and a young male handled thewindow. At the drive thru speaker, he said they are only accepting cash, so if you do not have cash, no service. I drove upand ordered a Wendy's Double, it was freshly made and I paid in cash, $7.09. I asked the young man why only cash, he neveranswered but a faint yeah; he had limited soft/people skills especially working the window. After a few minutes, he handed memy burger and did not say a thing; no thank you, or please come back again. In short, he simply handed the burger to me thenclosed the window. I felt like he was doing me a favor. My second time there when Mom is not running things and it clearlyshows without even looking for it. I refer to Mom as the older lady, about my age who always works the window and directsoperations from this locations as well. This is the worst Wendy?s I?ve ever been to. The staff is always rude and unprofessional, the employee taking orders clearly... seemed agitated and was giving attitude while taking orders. The other employee handing the food out the window was also rudeand caught an attitude with me because I wanted extra sauce and was willing to pay 60¢ extra for it, because apparently that?stheir policy now. I?ve only been here a handful of times and they?ve always been rude, unprofessional, have long waits and havemessed up my orders in the past. After going here tonight I will never go back. This is the second time ive been to this location, and the second time the order was wrong. I tried getting the Italian... Mozzarella Chicken Sandwich, but when I got home, it was a grilled chicken and bacon sandwich, which was not good but it wasokay. The garlic fries tasted like just regular fries.
