I guess some halfwit here thinks its a good idea to blast Ashley Simpson at such a god awful level it could drown out thesounds of a airport tarmac. Great service at this Wawa is back! I just had one of the best fast food burgers ever and the fries were just as excellent,... kicking it up with hot cheese sauce. This store is convenient to my work, however, they do nothing to "deter" the many homeless people that stand outside the store,... loitering around. There are atleast 3 - 5 of them there every day at various times and it's the same ones. Makes the store look"trashy" and I wish their management would "shoo" them away. Read more
Paid for my gas with debit card girl turned on wrong gas pump. Went back in to tell her my pump was not working. She tried to... make me swipe my card again had to get a manager to help me after she called me aa raceest the manager got me my gas the girl Iknow her name but she needs to learn how to deal with the public or find a different line of work. I had a hoagie craving (and apparently a sundae one as well: thank you Keya for a great treat and customer service!) On the... hoagie side: Shaneil did not disappoint! As you can see in the photo, I am that annoying customer who orders a loaded sandwich!Although she was on the sandwich board by herself (quite a few orders before me and a couple after), she greeted me with a smilewhen I came over to explain my ridiculously long special order. She never looked annoyed, smiled, repeated it back to me forverification and made my sandwich to PERFECTION!! I only planned to eat half in the parking lot. I ate the WHOLE thing! Just ordered a burrito. Took forever to get it the first time and when I went to pick up the bag it was sopping wet. The girl... didn?t close the burrito all the way and tried passing it off messy as all get out. I asked for another one. Got the second oneand headed home. Deli team members are constantly on their phone or talking to other people instead of starting food in a timely manner. The... facility is fine for gas or basic check outs. Deli really needs some new staff or rules. Read more
Placed a door dash order from here and before anyone says anything, yes door dash credited me for this stores mess up, however,... when I called about the mix up I was told it's not on them. I reminded them that they fill the orders and that I already paid adelivery fee and a tip to the driver and was once again reminded they did their part. Then the woman even lmk that when we placeANOTHER order her and her manager (who she said was right there with her) would make sure that my order was done right thistime. Gee, thanks ???????????
