Food was fine just not made right as I expressed to waitress about making Texas cheese steak plain with the bacon on the side,... but instead the sanwich was filled with onions and bacon put on it! Went to this location on a Sunday morning right before noon. The workers were so unorganized. There were two couples waiting... for tables ahead of us. The first couple walked out after a server yelled at them for sitting down at a table before it wascleared off. As they walked out she said "see ya" for all to hear. The second couple left a few minutes after being seated. Wesat down at table as soon as the male server cleaned it. 15 minutes passed with no one coming to take our order so we left.Would not go back to this location. Went into this Wafflehouse on Sunday, Sat there for over 20 minutes got totally ignored by the whole staff. The place was not... busy at all. The staff seems to be preoccupied with slicing 1 lemon and talking amongst themselves than any customers. Someoneelse came in noticed us trying to get a staff member to come our table. They asked how long it was to be to get waited on, theywere told we don't know. There was 2 staff people standing there doing nothing at all. Only one customer there eating.. what ajoke this lazy staff is. This posting will be seen on many other sites for many to see. This was at 7497 midlothian pike, andthe other one at 10100 midlothian pike has been just as bad too. We left there on 2 occasions not being able to getserved...really sad.. Read more
Stopped there early Sunday evening. There were 2 people at the counter, so we took a booth. Cook disappeared. Waitress never... even asked us what we wanted to drink. Left after 5 minutes. Adult supervision needed at this location. Read more
Was a last minute stop before hitting the highway when none would pick what to eat. Building was clean and looked like a newer... facility. The younger waitress was polite and helpful. My kids liked the lady who seemed to run things loudly calling outorders. Read more

I got 2 orders of eggs bacon hash browns and biscuits cost 24.00 they charged me 2.00 for Togo fee.. I asked for a To go box and... they would not give me one I offered to pay they still wouldn?t. For 24 and 2.00 fee they should allow me to get a box. I willnot be back to this place. Read more
