I?ve been dealing with tonsillitis and needed a smoothie to soothe my throat. I work night shift so I had slept all day and came... at 8:20pm for a smoothie knowing they didn?t close until 8:45-9. I walked in and was told they couldn?t make me a smoothie sincethey were closing soon. VERY disappointed. This is NOT how this should be run. If you make a closing time either stick to it orexpect reviews like this and dissatisfied customers. Won?t be coming to this tropical smoothie again. Read more

Literally stood outside and called the store on my phone. Then went inside and heard the phone ringing and neither of the 4... workers even thought to answer it. I proceeded to ask for a manager and was told he was the manager. The manager stated thattheir phones have never worked and his supervisor knows and doesn?t care. So it?s nothing he can do about it. I went in to get a smoothie and wrap for after some dental work and the people working there were incredibly helpful and... friendly. They offered me napkins when my eye was watering from the outside wind, and, for the first time, my request for extrathai peanut sauce was honored. They were quick and clean and when another customer came in, they made sure to have staff workingto ensure speedy service. Read more
