Usually I have a good experience here but this time when I went the girl that took my order was rude and was acting as if she... was irritated with me. To be honest two of them were rude and seemed irritated. I work in my customer service and to experiencepeople like this really bothers me because you never know what kind of day someone is having and you?re just making it worsewhen you treat people like that for no reason at all. The young lady at the counter whom I believe is named Olivia has been rude on numerous occasions. I usually visit this tropical... smothie 2-3 times per week. But I have since driven to another location. She has no desire to be customer facing. There were 4-5team members standing in the kitchen not during peak hours and it took well over 30 min for a smoothie?. A SMOOTHIE!!! She thenproceeded to tell a customer, ?this is a perfectly reasonable pace for a smoothie company.? I will not recommend this tropicalsmoothie nor will I ever visit again. Read more

First time having eating here and it was an absolute remarkable experience! I had the sunrise sunset smoothie, the supergreen... caesar chicken and it was phenomenal! Workers were nice, food was served promptly and hot! I would give it 10 stars if I could! Read more

This is the location near VCU campus. It wasn't very busy when I visited. The cashier seemed unsure of what order belonged to... what customer. I said at my time of ordering that I didn't want the edible straw that came with my watermelon mojito smoothie,but they were gonna give it to me with my smoothie (not a big deal, just sayin). I've never had the watermelon mojito smoothiebefore, but it tastes very good! All together a good experience. Can't wait until all is back to normal. *Deep sigh* Read more
They never answer the phone which is very frustrating and unprofessional. Contacted customer care (also unprofessional) and was... compensated. For $20 to get a smoothie and wrap delivered 1 mile away, answering the phone shouldn't be too much to ask. I'mlactose intolerant and can't have whey protein but they try to up charge me for changing the protein on the online ordering.Also not enough space for delivery instructions. Read more
