Surprised by the updated decor when I walked in today. I was very impressed and drawn to the white panelled walls decorated w... large colorful pics of island life. The menu boards and kitchen area have been freshen up as well. Overall, the place was veryattractive and inviting. I ordered a Blimey Limey which was quickly prepared and tasted great! Order a peanut butter banana flat bread no garnola and a smoothie. The flat bread didn't have much butter and WAYYYYYY to much... honey which ended up all over my clothes. The smoothie was good though. Read more
THIS LOCATION HAS TREMENDOUSLY DEPRECIATED IN VALUE!! This used to be my go-to Tropical Smoothie until last year when staffing... changed to younger employees. The food used to be TOP NOTCH, however the staff don?t really care about that anymore. I recentlyordered a VEGGIE HUMMUS WRAP (mind you i?m on my 1hr lunch break), only to get back to my job and notice that a completelydifferent sandwich was in my bag ???? After taking it back to get remade, THE REMAKE THEY GAVE ME HAD CHICKEN ON IT. The entirestaff looked dumbfounded and confused during this whole ordeal. These people working here care more about playing on their phones than actually taking and filling orders. 3 people working.... None up front. Not sure what they are all doing in the back. 15 mins and they have disappeared. UPDATE: Scratch that. 4 peopleare working. They've now made multiple people's orders wrong. My blimey limey had no lime in it. My daughters was basically allbanana. This owner better start working here or this place will be out of business soon. Pay close attention to the picture. I actually do not like the food here and the smoothies are not up to my standards but everyone has their own taste. But the... employees are always great and the place is also always clean. They're not the fastest but aren't slow either. Honestly the onlyreason i come in is cause of a 14 year old little girl I would die for and she loves this place. But I'm glad I can easily standa place I'm forced to go. I don't know but if there was a bit more diversity in the menu I probably enjoy it more but it's stilla good place. Read more
My drink was so bad. I ordered the mocha madness smoothie. And I didn?t taste ANY mocha. It was basically just a whole cup of... ice. Nothing could go through the straw. And guess what, I paid extra for additional chocolate. I can?t imagine how it wouldtaste if I order it the regular way. Read more
