Oh clay pot was not actually a clay pot but kettle. I got pork great flavor but It was so chewy and tough I couldn't enjoy.... A16 Appetizers were good to start. Yummy and great presentation. Ordered more Appetizers after pork clay pot fail. Ifyou ask me how my food is I am gonna be truthful. It was removed from check. They came back very greasy . It was our 1sttime eating at restaurant. I really enjoy the flavor of the food here. The staff is polite, answers all my questions. The egg rolls are hearty and savory.... The lava berry drink is delicious. And it wasn?t busy, I came mid day for lunch. I would esp recommend this place for first timepho goers. Read more
Went to Tay Ho on Friday night after wanting to try it out. The food was delicious and the drinks were strong. The server was... very nice and gave recommendations. The restaurant was not very busy and there was only two servers working the front but theywere working very hard. I can?t wait to come back and try more food! Read more
We really wanted to like this place when we walked in because we saw the one gentleman there rushing around working hard but the... food was a rip off :/ my husband and I don?t mind paying good money for good food but when you order a beef/pork noodle bowl youdon?t expect to get a bowl of noodles and 1.5 ounces of meat. The egg roll was the star of the meal, and probably had more meatthan the actual bowl. The food also took really long to come out. The sauce was good for all of the food though ?? also bummerto have a happy hour and not get the happy hour price for it ( we didn?t mention it but just paid the full price no biggie, butmake sure you ask I guess ) cocktail also came out with our dinner not before. It was okay. I really liked the shrimp wontons. Drinks was really light. I had a little bug in my drink & the server was... examining it disbelief or something. That was kinda awkward. I was tripping so I expected the other drinks to be stronger. Theywas but not by much. Those shrimp wontons alone would make me not dismiss this place all together. Read more
Pros: Good ambience Clean and nice tables etc The waitress was well mannered and always wanted to help with a smile Cons: Bad... service in context of time taken after order to make the dish (attached image) was 45minutes They dint serve any complimentaryentrée, how mexican rest. Serves nachos and thai too. I kept on waiting for my food. I mean it only had scrambled eggs and thecovering on it with few vegetables on side No meat in it. I wonder why they took so much time with only 3 tables bookedincluding mine. I went in at 4:20 and got out by 5:25pm. Wanted to talk with Manager but was too late and the 2 waitress weretaking new orders so no one seemed to be there. I really dont wanna give a bad review bcz i personally own a business and knowhow it works but cant help it out. This dish can be made in 20minutes maximum (it was just scrambled eggs (kinda omelette) Foodwas Fresh but okish in taste Ordered boring food so cnt comment on it. My friend had meat and he liked it. My son and I were debating a dinner location for after our play it again stop and decided to stop in Tay Ho next door out of... convenience, turns out it was amazing!! A fabulous Vietnamese menu and wonderful staff. We can't wait to go back. Read more
