We ordered at 10:40am thinking lunch was just getting started and things would be fresh. The tacos were completely cold on the... inside as well as the bean burrito. The chipotle chicken burrito was burnt to a crisp. Absolutely awful. Read more
Horrible all around!! The food is cold the wait is way to long and the employees are rude. Night sift really bad preference!!!... The only thing that was good about my experience today was the Baja Blast. Waited in the drive through at the ordering kiosk for... quite some time, cars piling up behind me. After saying something into the speaker I was attended to immediately, but had torepeat my order four times, as the person was inattentive and distracted. There was nobody in front of me when I pulled aroundto the window. Got to the window and paid just fine but had to wait more for my food. There was additional wait for my CinnabonIced Coffee and when I received it, it looked terrible - translucent tan liquid with the syrup and cream sitting at the bottom,not sure if there was even much coffee brewed into it, it wasn?t made right, didn?t taste good even after I mixed it up myself -the coffee and Cinnabon flavor were barely there. My fiesta veggie burrito was a mess when I unwrapped it - whereupon Idiscovered I had been given no napkins or receipt with my order. All the soft tortillas for my food items felt stale. I?m a bigTaco Bell fan but will reconsider visiting this location in the future, I can deal with the short staffing challenges and extrawait, but staff training, product quality and service needs to be improved. Very clean experience. Both man and woman bathroom were well maintained. Sauce area well stocked and food was ready within SOS... times. My only observation on +1 is exterior detail. Second is delivery, the nachos are loaded, but could be layered. Thanksfor the experience guys! Read more
If I could give negative I would. The worst experience ever. 6 staff members, placed an online order and 1 1/2 hours... later.. still no order.. instead given expired free taco coupons. And since mobile order have to go thru customer service,which is closed, to get a refund. Worst location ever. Read more
