Always missing items. Poor service and app rarely works. Would rather go to McDonald's at least they get orders correct
I went to 2 Taco Bells because the customer service is so bad. The first t/b on Midlothian across from Rosie's. Went up 2 The... counter a female approached talking 2 her co-workers and stood there didn't saying anything for minute. I ask her are U going 2take my order? Still didn't saying anything. I started telling her what I wanted and she did not get my order right. I ask tospeak 2 a manger. She went 2 the back to talk to the manger And both of them were chatting Like I wasn't there. I left. I thinkthey hired 2 children for this place. I Came after 6pm. I think they seriously need to hire a new staff with right attitude forbusiness. I am done This Taco Bell location and 2nd Location at sturbridge. My experience with this location was worse. I camein, the guy said U have 2 use the kiosk we are short staff and he was not nice about it. I told him, i don't want 2 use thekiosk can someone take my order? We waited awhile. The guy next to said I just want drink. I said to the guy in back. A customer wants 2 order a drink. Guy in the back said U can't talk to me like that. Do U want your food or not? Again U have people thatshouldn't be working for Taco Bell. There are so many places we can go to get food than to put up With bad attitudes fromyour Employees. I done with this location as well. Always out of things. Tonight no shells for Mexican pizza. Sunday at 3 pm not taking orders but order taker walking across... restaurant parking lot, away from Taco Bell with headset to tell me no orders, that he was backed up and had to meet deadlines. 4 staff just standing around tonight. Had a huge piece of sharp plastic in my Crunchwrap that had zero of the add ons I paid for. On top of that, my girlfriends order... was also wrong. No utensil for my fiesta potatoes either. I mean how hard is it to read and prepare an order correctly.Obviously they don?t get paid enough to pay attention. Read more
Please learn how a soda machine works. Every other taco bell location has no problem with their limited flavors. Y'all are the... only ones trying to pass off soda water, twice in a row now mind you, as "sparkling tea." This used to be my go-to because it'snearby but I'm more than willing to go out of my way for better quality. Read more

You guys are my guilty pleasure in my unfortunately gluten-free world. I have never had issues with customer service. This is... the first time i will not eat what i ordered from here. PLEASE! Please cover yourselves appropriately, no one lile hair in theirfood. I paid for it, brought it home and i will not eat it. I will not be a Karen and ask for a manager, but PLEASE, checkyour items before you hand them out. If we are wearing masks and handing food out from plastic containers, there should never behair or other human matter inside our food. Disappointed ???? Read more
Taco Bell now over priced ..as for this location..slow service and double check your order..best to dine in..so you can deal... with any issues with mistakes... Staff is very very nice though. Read more
