Been going for over 20 yrs. Excellent pizza thin crust but pricey sandwiches and pizza. In past you paid on tablet with tip... option. Now you pay directly to worker then they direct you to sign separate tip pad despite tip jar in front of you. Directing the customer to sign tip pad is unprofessional and insulting. If takeout deserves a tip then raise the prices. They lost my business plus the pizza wasn't as good as usual. Read more

Ordered pizza by the slice, it was hard and tasted like frozen pizza out the box. I should have changed my mind after I seen the... lady slapping my pizza down from a cold table it was laying on, and with no gloves on top of that. Read more

3 words - On the Sly. If you know, you know. Then again, don't sleep on the daily specials either. Lots of folks rave about... their pizza, but unfortunately I guess I'll never know, because I could never NOT order an On the Sly sub. Read more

This was our family?s favorite pizza joint for the 6 years we lived at Richmond, VA. The thin crust combined with the quality... and quantity of toppings resulted in a taste that was simply unbeatable. And did I mention quick service?because of thepopularity of this place they are always churning out pizzas and I pretty much always got my orders in a couple of minutes. Theother great thing was pizza by the slice - if you are just looking for a quick bite one slice does it and if you are reallyhungry you could possibly pack in 2 slices. They also do the take-home-and-bake full pizza but I have never tried it. Highlyrecommended. Read more

Call me oblivious or something, but I didn't realize it was take and bake until I picked up my pizzas. I noticed a few pizzas... labeled take and bake but when I placed my order online, it didn't explicitly say that on the pizzas I chose. I figured sincethey advertise cooked subs and slices, that these would be cooked, too. I waited an hour and struggled to find parking on aweekday during lunch, which set me back for a meeting and ultimately, I had no lunch since these pizzas still had to be baked! Ihad already tipped generously, too. While they tasted good, it didn't compensate for a long wait time on uncooked pizzas.Ultimately, I don't think it was worth the cost or hassle for glorified Digiorno. I don't understand the hype for this place. Ona positive note, they didn't allow customers in the building, which is a decent coronavirus precaution. Read more
