Fantastic vegan donuts!!! So many vegan options, like half of the donuts were vegan. Super friendly staff.
We were in Richmond downtown and were looking for a quick place to have coffee and donut. We searched near us and decided to... have coffee and donut from Sugar Shack. From the menu we ordered Spice Pie Latte and Donut. The order was quick and soon we gotour coffee as well as donut. I'm not a "sweets person." So, not an expert on what's really good or what to look for. But I was craving a donut one day and... decided to order from here. They didn't have in stock one of the donuts that I was really looking for but they gave me extra tomake up for it. Amazing customer service and delicious donuts. The donuts and coffee are delicious and the service is wonderful, but what I really find amazing are the custom donuts Maggie... and her team create! 12-18" delicious masterpieces or even a custom themed dozen, YUM! Read more
I?m giving Sugar Shack 5 stars because their Samoa is the best f**king donut I?ve ever had in my life. The customer service is... okay, however, I feel nowadays all food service spots are struggling. It?s not the same as when I was in food service. Patienceis key. Saving my Boston Cream for tomorrow?s snow day. Read more
Fun, little doughnut and burger place. We ended getting a couple of doughnuts for breakfast, but would definitely come back to... try more. The doughnuts were great, and the prices were really good too. If I had to improve one thing, I would say I wish therewas somewhere inside or outside to sit, so that you don't have to eat in the car or find somewhere else to go. Read more
