Rude employees. Ratchet workers who give you attitude and clearly don't want to be dealing with customers. I get that they have... a million students a day ordering, and that the work is hard, but that is no excuse for mouthing off to the people handing youmoney. Take too long to decide what you would like on your sub? "HELLLOOO? WHATCHU WANN?" If you decide to want some kind ofextra meat, you get told "Its extra" five or six times, the first two times without them moving their arms, like you are goingto say "'Oh, forget it then." They literally don't want to work. "I's about ready ta go home". You hear this EVERY day. Themanager needs to clean up the hood and get some employees who care about their jobs, and are polite to the customers. The otherfast food places are not like that - why is Subway? Read more
Went to this subway 2 seperate times in one day, both times the employees were complaining about their workload. The manager... here really needs to do a better job at hiring employees. For patients who are terminally ill in the hospital and have a chanceto ride around and go to get some food, I expect the service to be happy. This could literally possibly be their lastinteraction purchasing food and their experience would be nasty. Extremely disappointed. Be the smile in someones day especiallyat a hospital! Read more
They serve frozen and undercooked ingredients to their customer. The quailty of food safety and preparation are below average so... don't bother eating here unless you want to get sick. Read more
Accepts swipes on Sundays after 5pm - expect long lines
The subway workers disgust me. They are so bothered when they take an order and they don't have any professional way of speaking... what so ever. They mumble everything you say and when they're even bothered to repeat what they said. They are very rude, veryrude. I would give it zero stars if I could. The pizza hut, nao and zen, taco bell, and chick-fil-a all have so-so employees (with the... exception of chick-fil-a; they're all super nice, most of them just don't freaking know how to pour a drink the right way). Butthis subway? They are wretched. I asked for a "little bit" of something on my sandwich while the girl making it was looking atsomething else, just piling away the toppings. I'm not exaggerating; as I asked for a "little" of something, they gave me a lot,and vice versa. There was no customer service, they barely listen to you (she put lettuce on my sandwich and the sandwich of theguy in front of me before we even said anything; neither of us wanted lettuce-- What is that??), and they all look depressed andbothered by the fact that they have to help you. Zero work ethic. It's horrible. Go to a different subway, even the one on Broadis better than this pitiful excuse of a restaurant. Read more
This is a busy chain, especially around 11:30 am. However, the employees are always RUDE! The last time I went there, I was... greeted with "what you want?". This chain usually runs out of or does not restock meats/veggies (they always say, the truckdidn't come today-- do they always forget to stop at your chain?). Pay close attention to the employees as they attempt to makeyour order, because they're usually busy yelling/complaining about each other. Therefor, they forget what you said or neverlistened in the first place. The sandwich's are usually a mess when you unwrap it. The toaster oven typically breaks abouttwice a week.
