This particular Subway was not clean at all in my opinion. I will not be visiting this location again. The gentleman running the... register was rude and not customer friendly at all. This is from observing how he treated customers in front of me and how hetreated me as well. The soft drink machine was down. Wait, let me clarify. The ice machine was not working, but there was FILTHYWATER sitting in the drain tray of the machine that no one had cleaned up and there was an odor coming from it as well. Veryuncleanly. The outside of this location has had a face-lift, but the inside needs some serious attention and a complete remodeland layout change in my opinion. This location needs some serious changes. Went in to order with my kids basketball team At 9:30 and the guy told me they were closed. I asked him what time they close and... he told me 10 but he already had closed his registers and refused to let me order. I told him that it?s not 10 and we should beable to order and he turned us all away. I asked who was the manager and he said himself . If so that makes it even worstbecause that?s not acceptable for a business. As we took out business to Chanellos we noticed several other people being turnedaway. This should definitely be addressed with the employee and if he was indeed the manager then he needs some training onproperly running the business and closing early isn?t good practice and he is costing his company money and reputation. This night I was doing Door Dash and I have to say the young ladies working that evening were amazing. Very polite to all... customers, smiling, and efficient with the late orders that came in while I was doing pickup. Customers complimented the qualityof the food and how the young ladies took special care to make sure theirs were prepared right. Read more
