I was at the Subway at 4012 Meadowdale Blvd. Meadowdale Plaza Richmond, VA 23234, USA today. I had a coupon for buy one get one... free from Subway. I ordered two foot long subs. When it was time to check out, I was told they do not accept coupons, Somethingabout the computer. I told the lady, I wanted one free. She again said something about the computer. I walked out. Well these people are lucky I couldn't pick 0 stars . I went in there got a sub for me and my grand ma ,my kids and a few others... at the nursing home. And I told them please some fresh bread is for the nursing home. The bread was so stale and hard nonecould eat it. So when I took it all back they would not re make the order I spent $30 for something no one could eat . On topof all this the lady at the cash register was so rude when I has getting rung up and tried to ring me up for 3 more subs than Ihad and 4 more drinks than I had . These people are crooks . Went to Subway with a friend. She ordered her meal, finally. As the staff slid her sandwich over to the veggie section, I opened... my mouth to place my order and she just ignored me completely and waited on the person's behind me. Never said they were sorry,it was a mistake or an oversized or anything; they just let me sit at a table stewing while my friend enjoyed her sandwich. Ihad been coming there for years.
