I just came from this Subway and I just have to say the customer service is horrible. I have been in the food industry for over... 17 years there should be no reason why there are two employees and both of them are working on a to go order. I haven?t even tried my food yet but the customer service here is unacceptable. The man working 03/24/2022 at 6:45 PM was... extremely rude to me and had a negative attitude. These people overcharged me for my sandwiches and I couldn?t get my money back because I was half way across town when I... realized it. Not to mention a friend of mine said they tried to do the same thing to her. Don?t come here the place is cheapit?s not welcoming the staff is very short with you. Not to mention there was an unpleasant spell when I walked in. One theservers was not being sanitary at all for one then he was wiping his hands everywhere and continued to touch my food after.
