They couldn?t find it on their system but the employee who helped me at the register... was more than helpful after I was able to show him proof of purchase and made sure to resolve my problem quickly and made me areturning customer! Stole my debit card number and refused to answer the phone when I tried to call for over an hour. update- Talked to "owner" over... email, not very helpful and their emailing system seems either outdated or perhaps part of the scam. I'd be weary of Ordinganything online from subway through any 3rd party or their site. update- Talked to their corprate site, apparently there is nocorprate number for this location either. As much as I love Subway, I have to give this location 3 stars. I don't have an issue with the quality of food because their... food is normally decent. The issue is that I have gone to this location during business hours and on multiple occasions they'vehad hand written notes on the door saying they were closing early. Now, I understand this potentially happening with a smallbusiness but not with a franchise like Subway. I've also been told that they were out of bread or other ingredients at times. I only go there because my kid likes Subway. When we got there today there were three female employees talking behind the... counter. After a brief moment one of them turned to my son and asked him what she could get for him. She did a good job on hissub. I'm standing there waiting for someone to start on my sub. A guy walks in and one of the other ladies talks over me toconfirm that the guy was getting his usual. I'm a little annoyed that she didn't offer to make my food, but I stayed calm andwaited to see if maybe the lady making my kid's food would offer to make mine as well. She did not. I guess I wasn't hungryafter all. I know I could have spoken up, but why would they assume I didn't want anything? If you like Subway, it seems like anice location. They are clean and efficient. I just don't understand why they wouldn't offer to make food for someone standingin line looking at the menu. I thought it was pretty obvious why I was in line. I'll stick with my Publix subs. Yes!! Seafood sensations here is always good! No, Delish!. They was patient with me cause my gift card didnt work(smh) but other... then that always go. Clean, fresh food. And they change gloves!! Yasss boo!! The baby and myself are happy! Read more
