This place is amazing. I have been stuck at St Mary's hospital because my fiance is in there and their food sucks, so I wanted... to see what was close and this place hasn't failed me! I've ordered from them twice and adding delivery for a dollar has beentotally worth it. Their cheesesteak was great and I am very picky about my cheesesteaks. The southwest sub I had yesterday Iordered for "just the way it comes" but it had a bunch of extra stuff on it and no salsa but it was still a tasty sandwich so Iwasn't really upset about it. Oh and their Italian seasoned bread was phenomenal. As someone who has been in the food industryfor 20 years and ran a sub place for over a year, I gotta say....this place is hard to beat when it comes to a good sandwich inthis city. We come here to this location at least 3 or 4 times a week. On this particular day the order that was given to us was incorrect.... I called to have it corrected and Hernan was adamant that he didn't give us the wrong order . I told him several times, I havethe receipt, the food and the bag that he wrote the order on. He wrote the order correctly on the bag but what was given to uswas incorrect. So after 10 minutes of going back and forth. We was finally told to come back and pick you the correct order. NowI'm scared to eat it because I don't know what he did to the food. This will definitely be our last time going here. Read more

The Lumberjack is such a great sub. I always enjoy the food and the customer service is good... But I was surprised when I told, what seemed to be the adult/manager... gentleman on duty that there was mold on the baclava today and he just looked at me and said yeah and left the moldy dessert onthe counter for someone to purchase ???????? This is a classic sandwich place with great bread. There are hot and cold sandwich options, bagged chips, and root beer. They... have a punch card to earn a free sandwich. The building is a little old. This place could use some updating but the food isgood. Read more
Been eating at the Libby location since 1982. Nothing in RVA even comes close... well... Coppola's in Carytown is a relative... second. Super Star on a heated wheat pita with all the fixins and a pickle spear. And sweet tea with lemon... of course. Read more
