The staff was nice and the food was good. But they?re using a weird staffing system. Someone meets you in line and takes your... order. You get to the register, no one is there. They call out your drink order and hand you a breakfast sandwich. You wait withyour hands full, the line keeps growing. You repeat your order when someone eventually gets to the register. The line systemneeds to be tweaked. Maybe the order takers should hit the register occasionally. So it doesn?t feel like your being held inline for no reason. Read more
Stayed at the Marriott and were given two vouchers that we were told covered $10/voucher at Starbucks. Ordered food and drinks... that came to around $20, but the manager said the vouchers did not cover the drinks. I told them what we were told by theconcierge and they gave us the full value of the vouchers like it wasn't a big deal. Came to realize after we left the hotelthat both the latte's my wife and I ordered had no espresso in it -- just hot milk. Not sure why they felt the need to get oneby on us when we were just going by what we were told by the concierge. Read more

Service is is fast and friendly, there's a lovely young lady there that greets everyone with a "happy Mon, etc". Beverages have... been made correctly each time. I've only been in the AM,, cant speak to other shifts, but the AM weekday shift staff areawesome. Beverages are what you'd expect at any Starbucks, and are made to standard. Bar seating along window, 2 or 3 tables inseating area, very tiny location inside Marriot lobby. Read more
I was here for a conference. I ordered a toasted caramel frappuccino. After waiting 30 minutes, I finally got my drink. It was... terrible, there was no flavor, just coffee and milk. Running out of time, I went back and said it was terrible and if theycouldn't remake it immediately, I need a refund or credit to come back later. They offered me a voucher they I couldn't evenuse at that location. I said no just refund me. I didn't save the receipt because nobody saves their receipt and I said I paidcash. The girl didn't know how to give me cash back, so she left to find someone e else. She ended up being gone for 10minutes, at least. By this time, the barista could have made another one so I asked her to make one. She said she didn't makethe previous one, then she didn't put any coffee mix in it. I asked and she had to ask what was supposed to be in it. She waspolite but I ended up throwing it away and just writing it off. The previous employee still had not returned. When I was personally there they did not accept Starbucks gift cards and gold cards so that was a slight annoyance. Although I... still got the same cup of coffee that I can get at any other Starbucks around the world so I was happy about that. Always needthat morning coffee after all Read more
To say that we have frequented more than a few Starbucks locations through the years is certainly safe, but Samantha and Tunisia... made our visit today truly memorable. Not only did the barista nail our order, but their friendly demeanor and the way theyengaged my 9 year old son was truly over the top and was much appreciated! Not sure who may read this and if it will ever makea difference, but the two of them made a tremendous difference in our day and they deserve a raise! Read more
Staff is EXCELLENT here! Although I don't expect it they all remember my name and order -- every day! The staff (baristas?) are... ALL excellent at their jobs. Quick and efficient and all polite! I've never had a problem despite going there *every morning*for the past 6 months. Read more
