OMG - don't go here - 2nd Starbucks I tried today to get a Chai Tea Latte which is on their menu board. She couldn't figure this... out at all. I even pointed to the board. Also I asked for an Impossible breakfast sandwich without cheese and she couldn'tfigure this out. Asked me what I wanted 4 times. Told her 4 times. She just couldn't;t get it. This place is good one day, bad the next, they could use some retraining on making drinks. And they attempted to give me 75%... full cups when I ordered no ice and claimed it?s ?standard? Ive worked for Starbucks for a few years and that?s never been a?standard?. The barista had attitude and wanted to talk trash to the other baristas right in front on me. Definitely would tellanybody take the little bit of a further drive for some much better customer service, and better drink consistency. Read more

I?d highly recommend not having Nata make your drink i had her remake my drink and because it was watered down and she obviously... needs to be retrained due to the lack of ability she clearly has when it comes to making a strawberry refresher. Bless her souland i hope that management finds her incompetence as a result of the need to be retrained. Read more

I feel like I've had passable experiences with this Starbucks in the past, but my most recent experience was so bad that I'll be... avoiding it in the future. I ordered a drink with light ice, and it came as the wrong size, and with too much ice. I politelylet the barista know, and she stared at me before taking the cup back. Less than five seconds later, a larger cup was handed tome, but this time, the whole cup was filled with ice (as if the original drink was simply poured over additional ice in a largercup.) It wasn't worth arguing over, but the barista's poor customer service was definitely not in line with the usual Starbucksexperience. This location is also closing at 7 p.m., and isn't open on weekends. It seems like they are having a staffingcrisis, with either inexperienced or burnt out staff. Read more

The employees took a while to make our drinks. Which would be acceptable if the drink actually looked presentable. The drink was... all watery/loose and it didn't even look like they attempted to put any effort into making our drinks look presentable. Iordered the same drink twice and only one of them came with the caramel on top. Really? Like at least TRY. I also ordered adrink for my daughter and she didn't like it. I won't be coming back to this starbucks. Read more
