I went to the front to ask for extra M&M?s in my blast. One of the workers who is a little white lady with blonde hair and looks... extremely tired told me they couldn?t do that. I didn?t hear her the first time and asked what was it that she said and shedidn?t answer me. I kept standing there until I was helped, willing to pay extra, and she was eyeing me down hoping I wouldleave. I didn?t. Anywho, she started yelling at her coworkers so hard that the veins were popping out of her neck that ?THEYCANT DO THAT? & literally had one of her male coworkers take care of me who was a really nice/chill Hispanic man. I went to breakfast here with my wife and child this morning and was really impressed with the service that Quanshay provided.... None of the pull in ordering machines we?re working when we arrived so Quanshay met us at our vehicle to take our order. Don?t recommend. 1 star because the shakes were great but the food wasn?t great at all hotdogs were crunchy French fries were... dry didnt have no Moisture to it peppermints we?re the only other good thing don?t come here. It just high school lunch duringthe pandemic all over again. Read more
I ordered 2 Sonic Blasts to take home and when we got home discovered they had very little mix-ins in them! Sprinkles on top... but could barely see tiny speckles of the ingredients in the mix. It was basically vanilla ice cream with speckles....not muchtaste. Called to complain and basically just said they were sorry in a non-sorry way. We've had these awhile ago and I evenlooked them up online to see how they look and the ones we received were definitely a rip off. I think this franchise is tryingto save money by really skimping on the ingredients or someone really measured wrong! Not worth trying again. Read more
Drove up, lucky to find a spot at close to lunchtime. Realized the screen was broken, ok no problem, menu is above screen.... Press the button to order. Can't pay at kiosk though. Had to give credit card to delivery person on skates. They skate awaywith my card. They may never come back. At least I have a good burger, fries, coke and hot fudge shake. They do come backthough. I get my card back. I'm full. I dreamt that night that I pulled into a Sonic spot and the screen welcomes me andthere's no credit card anxiety to go along with the tasty food. Read more
C-rations tasted better than what was served to us today. Did mention it to a server, who wanted to redo the order. We opted... out, but wanted to let the manager know what went wrong with our food. A do over, I don't believe, would have made the breadless stale, unless they're serving sandwiches on stale bread first, then break out the fresh bread on an observation/complaint. Just stopped and have a quick ice cream sundae. It was delicious made perfectly lots of fudge. If you need ice cream treats this... may be the place for you. Read more
Avoid at all cost! Don?t waste your time! Over 20 min wait they never even took our order! Hit the button multiple times and... even asked a waiter! Guess I?ll just have to go to Texas to enjoy so nice cause they sure messed it up here! Read more
