This Sheetz is great with the crew and management they've had for awhile now. I've been coming here since they first opened in... the early 2000's and there's only been a short time or two that the team on duty wasn't that great. Read more

The employees are always very friendly and they're very helpful as far as the food goes personally I think the sandwiches and... everything at Wawa or better than most of the McDonald's and Hardee's and everybody else around here their meatball subs thebread is baked fresh Wawa has wonderful sandwiches and the meats are good but sheets you cannot beat Sheetz's french friesthey've got fantastic french fries at Sheetz but other than that it's a fairly friendly Place everybody is nice I enjoy goingthere I haven't tried to complete menu but giving a choice I'd go to Wawa unless I want some french fries french fries are greatand I think they have better frozen drinks it's better than going to Starbucks and paying $100 for a frappe Yorkie whateverwhich is ridiculous but whatever it's just my opinion Read more

So I had to record it to believe it. The night manager was rude. Sheila used the same gloves to grab hot food, cold frozen food,... door handles etc. and that wasn?t my problem. After watching her serve a customer who ordered after me and also make food dashorders. I asked after 21 minutes was my order done, just in case I missed it. She told me you have to wait? I have I explained.That?s when it went left. She insisted on being the aggressor. I told her her you gave someone else there food and they orderedafter me. She insisted I was wrong and went on to tell me I don?t have to have the food. He employee said ?its done? she saiddon?t worry about it. He getting his money back. I've been going to this sheetz for years and never gotten bad food. Until today. I decided to order something different and... ordered a grilled wrap and fries. When I took a bite, I noticed the taste was off but chucked it up to being something I hadn'thad. Finally looked down and It looked not cooked all the way. Destroyed my appetite for the day. Order here very frequently and when I say that they are extremely nice, patient, and respectful I mean it. If there is a problem... with a order(which that doesn?t happen often, very very rare) they try their absolute best to resolve the issue. It?s donewithout any rudeness. Nothing but kindness and smile. Will most definitely continue going to this Sheetz. Fantastic customerservice that comes from the night shift folks. Read more

I may be biased because I worked here for the last 2 years (well okay, I am biased), but nonetheless, let me talk about this... store for a moment. Long before I worked here, I would often come to this Sheetz ? since it first opened, in fact! I canremember coming here as a kid and always craving the delicious milkshakes made by SBC (Sheetz Bros Coffee). It has been myone-stop shop for many years for gas and a quick bite to eat, and since I turned 21, even for a nice selection of beverages.This store has never disappointed. But having been on the inside as well, I have seen firsthand what it takes to run a storewhich easily serves 500 plus people a day, 24/7. Let me tell you, it?s not easy. The amount of things to be done every hour ofevery day without any closing time? Time to clean, restock, and get things ready for another day of business? There is no suchthing with a 24/7 business model. It?s honestly a miracle that it all gets done each and every day without fail. And the peoplehere are some of the kindest, most genuine folks that you will ever meet. They care about making your experience the bestpossible and resolving any issues you might face. They won?t let you down. If it seems like things aren?t running smoothly, givethem the benefit of the doubt, because they?re probably just having a bad day either from pure exhaustion or trying to meet arush while understaffed. But believe me when I say that they care, and Kelli is one of the best store managers you will evercounter at any store, anywhere. I am an unashamed Sheetz Freak for life! Read more
