Everytime i come for training or to visit the Richmond Science Museum I come to this restaurant. Not only does it have an... amazing, well portioned lunch for an amazing price, but it also tastes and feels authentic. When you come in it has an amazingatmosphere and the staff are very nice. When you order you can see into the kitchen and hear them making your food fresh. Allthe food feels freshly made and tastes amazing. I would recommend to anyone visiting the museum or wants to try an authenticThai restaurant. If you like this review leave a like! Read more

Great spot. Some very interesting items, but I think the soups are where it?s at. The duck soup was amazing. Perfectly cooked... duck and broth was excellent. Lots of veggies as well. There?s not great pho or ramen in the city but this will definitelysatisfy a craving for it. Can?t wait to try the others. Read more

We loved this place, it was a pleasant surprise as we didn?t know anything about it and we chose to go in by a gut feeling. The... food was amazing, original mix of flavors and really well cooked, I really loved our plates. Drinks were also very good anddifferent. Service was also really nice and attentive, I really enjoyed the vibe of a small local place. I truly recommend thisplace! Read more

This is a really cute place with unique decorations. It was not crowded when I visit but there are no places for us ladies to... put or bags because the chairs has not backs nor the tables has bo hooks. We ordered the Khanom Chin Nam Ya Gai, Kao Kook Kape, and Moo Su Wan. The Khanom Chin Nam Ya Gai is a creamy coconut curry cooked with chilies and ground chicken served with thinrice noodles, chinese long beans, cabbage and pickled mustard greens. My friend and I both are not a fan of it, both the look ofit nor the taste. I looks like s**t to be honest and I hate the ginger taste of it(I hate ginger). The texture of the groundchicken is not good at all, and it was kinda too spicy. Which is why we ordered the Moo Su Wan. This dish tasted much betterthan that s**t. It is fried sweet and spicy pork marinated in spices and honey served with sticky rice. It is a new thing for meto have sticky rice instead of jasmine rice in an Asian cuisine restaurant, and it is good. The pork is kinda hard but I reallylike the flavor of it, the balance of the savory and sweetness was well done. It comes with a lime-ish sauce that is too spicybut it will taste better with that sauce, so I guess I'll just have to chug a bunch of water lol. We also tried some of ourfriend's Kao Kook Kape, which is shrimp paste fried rice with pork belly, sweet sausage, fried tofu, scramble egg, and onion. Itis not bad, nothing spectacular because the ingredients are just cooked as it is, no special sauce or flavors. The sweet sausageis actually the Chinese sausage(??). Read more

Food tastes good shrimp in the food is dried shrimp. Overall ambience and food is good. The fruit juice was a bit too sweet cuz... of the sugar syrup. There is a parking lot right next to the restaurant and its free. The soups were okay. And the Jab Chai soupdidnt have vermicelli in it. Also it will be good to mention which one is a hot dish and which one is cold. I wanted to have ahot dish and didn't find it necessary to ask the temperature and i got cold one. I believe the items you order from theeverything else side is mainly cold. Read more

Cute and cozy little spot with some great creative dishes for the adventurous eater. Don't let the tripe or the liver scare you... away from these tasty dishes. Just be prepared for the heat as some of these dishes can be quite spicy (at least for an Americanpalate). Everything foodwise was quite tasty. The cocktails were just average, but got the job done. Can't say I would choosethis over sabai, but if sabai was too crowded, this place would be the next best option. Read more

I was very excited to see Laotian Food show up in Richmond and Temple did not disappoint. It is a small space and dimly lit,... very cozy, and some of the tables can see into the kitchen which is always cool to me. I enjoyed the Red Sangria: it was fruityand not too sweet. The menu offered soooo many interesting choices but we eventually decided on: Pla Muk Jetsai - grilledcalamari stuffed with ground pork, onions, cilantro, and peanuts. This was my favorite and I would go back just for it. Jok Gai- Thai congee with ground chicken, runny egg, quail egg, shiitake mushrooms, ginger, onions, dried pork. This was very fun;every bite was a combination of different flavors. A fun introduction to congee for me - I was worried about the texture but itwasn?t gelatinous at all. More like a porridge. Guay Teaw Pet - roasted duck leg in duck bone broth with rice noodles, Chinesebroccoli, Thai celery, bean sprouts, cilantro, garlic oil. Very tasty rich broth with a strong flavor (reminded me of 5-spice)and the duck fell right off the bone. No desserts to try, but I will definitely be going back to try some other fun things! Read more
