Terrible, awful, disgusting. Do not go here. Got here at 5 pm, on Monday night. Only 3 other tables. My guest and I ordered... simple cheeseburgers well done, it came out undercooked. We sent it back and the burgers were still undercooked. Manager triedfor a sincere apology saying that there were a few new cooks....Then Hire New Cooks. I never Write Reviews but I Haven?t eaten at a Red Robin since I was at least 10. Decided randomly to dine in at the bar, wasn?t... the cleanest bar but AMAZED AT the taste and quality of food. Do not over look this specific location definitely know what theyare doing in the Back of House Department. Read more

The service was great. Everyone was very nice. Our server had a great sense of humor. She was wonderful. The food on the other... hand just wasnt that great. I got the black and bleu, The bun was very soggy. So if u have a food aversion for soggy thingsdon't order it. We paid extra for garlic butter Parm fries. That was a waste of money. Na was our server at Red Robin ( in chesterfield town center ) so before I say anything has this has no reflection on her... services ! Na was the only positive thing about the dinner ?. My husbands order was wrong twice after the second time and manymany apologies from Na we gave up on trying to get his simple chicken sandwich order correct so my husband ( on his bday nonethe less ) didn?t get to eat (zero fault to Na ) our fries were over cooked and mostly hard long with the boneless chicken wingsand the tenders and my well done burger was most definitely RED inside ?. Na did everything she could to make sure we was happybut only saw a manager when the second chicken sandwich was delivered wrong and really didn?t seem to bother him hearing that itwas the second time it was incorrect! The wait staff we're all covid compliant. They took our drink orders quickly and delivered them. The food came at a moderate... speed but was well prepared and it displayed well. They're pretty good about keeping our drinks full, a little slow on keepingmy salad refilled. All in all a good experience. Even though they were short staffed they were able to keep our drinks andsalads refilled. The food we got was still good. Read more
