Worst raising cane's ever!! Waited almost an hour for our food!! The girls up front had no idea what was going on and couldn't... or wouldn't tell me how much longer when I asked a couple times. I almost just asked for a refund and left, but after waitingall that time, the stupid fries were COLD! Ugh Hated this place sooo much! Oh yeah and it's a college cafeteria, but notterrible. Not blaming the staff its just the only canes in Richmond atm plus it being on a school campus only intensifies the amount of... people that are there at all times of the day. This is a good problem for raising canes to have and excited to hear the westendlocation announcement sooner than later. Read more

My son has been trying to eat at Raising Cane's since he first discovered them online. He noticed they were 15 minutes away from... us while we were in Richmond and I agreed. I didn't know that they only served chicken fingers and I didn't order for myself.BIG Mistake! Those chicken fingers were delicious. They were well seasoned, hot and the sauce was the bomb! I ended up eatingone of my baby sons chicken fingers because he couldn't finish it all. I missed out on this one because it was really good. Theboys all enjoyed their food and the coleslaw was excellent. If there was one locally we would be in trouble because it wasreally good. FINALLY. I finally got to try this renowned fast food restaurant that I've been told is amazing to the point they only have a... specific amount of menu items for you to choose. And after seeing the line and trying the food? I understand now. The sauce isamazing and goes so well with the chicken, fries and bread. The bread! It's got a garlic taste and a crispy exterior while theinside is soft. I loved it and need to go back. Does it make me feel healthy? Heck no, but the taste and the joy of tryingsomething everyone has been wanting me to experience? Totally worth it. Read more
We all know Raising Cane's is a massive chain. However, they don't serve chain quality food. Unlike most chains this one has... been able to overcome the hurdles that others couldn't and by that I mean serving consistently good fast food every time youwalk through the door. Sure Raising Cane's only has one thing on the menu and that's chicken tenders but they do that one thingvery well. In fact you'll be far-fetched to find a better fast food chicken tender around. Sure places like Zaxby's are prettygood too but the hand breaded chicken tenders at canes are good every time. There's a lot of value every meal here. And whetherit's just the chicken tenders or dipping fries in that ever so good Cane's sauce you can't go wrong. And we all know that garlicbread is addicting even though it tastes like it's soaked in butter. Unlike most fast food chains the people that work hereactually want to be here too and it shows in their service. So come on by grab a sweet tea or upgrade to a lemonade and grabsome chicken fingers and enjoy the rare good fast food meal. Read more
Meh. I was expecting a lot more than okay chicken strips and a weird sauce. The chicken could be crispier and the fries could... have been hotter. You'd think everything would be hot... for a place with a 20 minute wait for food. Read more
