Bad customer service experience for a first time customer. I stood in line at the window for almost 10 mins no one ever... acknowledged me, while I observed them standing there talking and laughing. While one customer told me he "been waiting for hisfood for 30 mins" I walked out, I never had the chance to order anything. Read more

I had the pleasure of eating here last weekend while visiting a friend in Richmond. I always try to find locally owned soul food... restaurants whenever I?m traveling. I was very much impressed with the food, customer service, and ambiance of thisestablishment. The owner came out to greet my friend and I and chatted a bit. Everything was awesome!! I recommend the wings (Ihad the cherry pineapple) Mac & cheese, collards, and whipped banana pudding. Thank you to the owner and staff for making myvisit memorable. I will definitely be back. May God bless you, your staff, and establishment. Keep up the good work Read more

The cheesesteak was so salty and tasted like it had bbq sauce on it. The sandwich was soggy and sopping with some brown sauce.... Everything that was fried had a weird chemical taste. Cheesesteak empanada was burnt. Spent over 30.00 for burnt nasty food. Read more

I'm a former chef and I gotta say, this stuff is fire, money, on point, smoking, slapping, whatever you want to call it. It's... cooked to perfection. Good food needs time, and these guys understand that it's not about getting you the food yesterday andexpecting you to love it. They take the appropriate time to put love into the food and it shows. Best place I've eaten inyears, and sad to say, it's netter than my cooking. I guess that's what restaurants are for. To get stuff you never dreamed ofhaving at home. Well if I'm dreaming eating here, don't you dare wake me up. Nomnomnom. Read more
