They ran out of all dark meat after 9. I ordered the chicken sandwich. It was soggy, nasty, and smelled of too many pickles and... looked nothing like the commercial. Fries were cold of course. The beignets had chocolate inside. I think they would be greatplain. The food took way to long to not taste good. Read more

The absolute worst customer service everytime. Never have wings up so they can't be bothered to take the order and make more?... Like tf fr? This is you one and only job. Make chicken. At a chicken place. 1 job and you fail. Read more
tried them while I was in the area (I travel for work.) They were polite, the food wasn't bad, but I prefer BJ's biscuits and... fries better. Popeyes chicken has a better texture though! Read more
Service was okay, but it can be better! Food was served warm, not hot. Soda was water-down, didn't know, until I got home. Just... took it as a lost, will not go back there anymore. Future customers, check your order before leaving, make sure that yourbeverage is what you ordered. Read more
I went 2 days in a row. The picture is from the first day. And the service on that day was fantastic. The lady who helped me was... wonderful, her name is Davina. Second day service was just ok. It took a while for the food. Some of the workers seemed alittle confused. But with all of that I'd go back. It won't be any time soon, before this time I haven't been in months. Pretty tasty chicken here. My only gripe is that the portions are small. On the positive side the may have the best breakfast... biscuits. I recommend trying them out, especially at breakfast timr. Read more
