Went thru the drive thru. No issues. Order was correct.

The food was fresh. Everything else sucked. The manager was confused as she took food orders. Screwed up orders, and then seemed... to make some folks wait almost 15 minutes for nuggets. Kicker though is they only focused on the Uber and Doordash. What aboutthe customers in the store? Broken glass on the front door and the lobby was dirty. This store seriously needs help. It's terribly understaffed and poorly managed. Forget about even trying to use their mobile... app here. The food is what you expect from Popeyes but my goodness someone from corporate needs to see this place. The glasson the door has been severely cracked and held together with a sign for months. I love Popeyes! The staff was Lively and taking my order was a pleasant experience. Their mac and cheese is good however I was... disappointed that their portions was literally 1/3 less than I got 3 months ago!:-(. I was so shocked on how amazing everything was. You see, I am someone who likes to read reviews and all the reviews for here do... not give it justice. I was worried about the service but it was amazing. I went through the drive through and the lady taking myorder was very sweet and patient. I understand a few bad apples can ruin a bunch but good workers like her shouldn?t be underappreciated. Also the food came out really fast and hot! The fries were crispy and up to standards, and the chicken is juicy andcrispy. This is a great place and deserves a better ranking! Read more

Horrible service at this location. We made an online order and went through the drive through to pick it. Upon arriving at the... speaker, we told them we were there to pick up our order and gave the name. When we finally made it around to the pick upwindow, the staff acted like they had no clue what was happening. We even heard exclamations of "I don't see it" and "I told youI didn't know where it was". Finally someone made the claim "it just came in" (this was after about 15-20 minutes aftersubmitting the order mind you). We were then instructed to pull up in front of the door. After waiting a solid 30 minutes afterordering someone finally came out with our food. We didn't even get so much as a half hearted apology. As you can tell from thereceipts, there are also items missing (other sauce types and the beans). We were so irritated by this point we just drove off.Not worth the time or money spent.
