The manager attempted to assault me for a new cup on the order placed last night right before closing, I told her 3 times I... didn?t take anything and the employee gave me the cup and she still proceeded to come towards me with ill intent. It was a ladywhom closed the night before and wouldn?t give me her name when asked the night before stating ?she would remember me, but myENTIRE order was wrong due to them closing at 10:30 and still taking people money instead of letting someone know that they areout of it, or already cleaned up and let me choose from remaining food, BEYOND unprofessional and just down right disrespectful. We placed the order on the web site and picked it up. We ordered a 10 piece with 2 sides and biscuits. Paid when we placed the... order. Go in to pick it up and they say "we're out of wings", we say ok - they don't offer any choice of substitutions, justbox up the order and hand it over. We go home, open the box and find 2 breasts, 2 drumsticks and 5 thighs, so out of 10 piecesof chicken, which normally half is white meat, half is dark meat, we have all but 2 pieces of dark meat (which I don't eat) andon top of that, that's only 9 pieces, so we were shorted one piece of chicken. AND it must have been sitting for hours becauseit was terribly dried out. The sides were extremely bland, no salt at all (red beans/rice and mashed potatoes with somethingthat was supposed to be gravy). One a positive note, the biscuits were good BUT not as good as the last time we ordered fromthis same Popeyes (Brook Rd in Richmond VA). I'll probably go to Bojangles next time. One more thing - how do you run out ofjust wings? You don't sell buckets of wings, and chickens all have the same number of parts (2 of each breast, thigh, wing,drumstick) so how do you run out of wings but nothing else? Read more
Great assortment of food but needs to be better customer service. need to pay attention to customers orders. I know I was... charged for an item but didn't receive it and had to pay for the item AGAIN. WHEN I asked for a receipt never received one Read more
They were truly awesome. They are very friendly. Also the order taker in the front was so helpful; we forgot something on order... didn't even get frustrated with us. And the manager was great delegating the jobs going on and keeping her crew working smoothly. This is only the second time eating here on route 1. Read more
If your on the road driving through this area and need a place to grab a quick bite, this is NOT the place to stop. Very... inefficient and passive staff. I got the impression that every employee was upset about having to be there. They were notovertly rude, but there was not an ounce of initiative in the place. Customers have to check to make sure they have their orderscomplete, because the associates weren't about to do it. Example: The gentleman in front of me ordered several chicken stripmeals. His total was well over fifty dollars. Yet he had to ask for dipping sauce...then the lady at the counter gave him onedipping sauce. One? Really? Then he had to ask for straws, then napkins, then more chicken dipping sauce, ketchup, etc. Itwas like the associate was testing his will or trying to beat him at this game in which the objective seemed to be to offer aslittle service and assistance they could for such an expensive order. It took forever for them to finally get this man's ordercomplete. By then I needed to get back on the road. I order some chicken and large cole slaw . I pay $11 and some cent .half of that price was for cole slaw but they gave me a... small one ( very small ) . My mother wants to eat so I don't check. until she ate half of it when I came and found out. Before that I was not satisfied with the uneducated attitude of a staff member ( skinny black guy ) when I asked for ketchup. I would love to speak to the owner of this franchise. Let's have a conversation on the ratchet attitudes the employees have.... That's not even talking about the dried up rubber chicken they try to serve. No, im not going to pay any amount of money to eatday old chicken. Yes, im going to complain and ask for a replacement or refund. Please train your employees on proper customerservice. And tell them no one is making them come to work.
