I?ve always loved pollo campero & we went here because it was on our way to Virginia Beach. It was a holiday, July 4th so they... were extremely busy. I had placed my order online & had some issue with my online order but the employees were absolutely great.I I received great service from the team at this store. I was called to be notified that my order was ready & they called toclear out the confusion with my online orders. One of few places where the service was great despite how busy they were. They have really good fried chicken with about 5 or 6 sides to choose from.
We ordered a pickup for 12 piece chicken, order number 35148508 ,order was for : 12 Pieces - Chicken Only --Half Fried/Grilled... Chicken (Legs & thigh) The fried chicken was very good and that is why I am providing 2 , for the baked chicken I got wingletsand burnt breast pieces instead of legs and thighs, they were very dry and inedible and MOST IMPORTANTLY BURNT , my wife couldnteat anything ,bec she wanted the grill part. OMG ???????? the Chicken ???? was so delicious and juicy. I could smell ???? the chicken ???? in the parking lot of the shopping... plaza. I ordered a Three piece meal with side salad ???? plus plantains and dinner roll I really enjoyed the flavor and taste ofthe chicken down to oil they fry the chicken ???? in giving it a different Flavor from any other Chicken ???? restaurant. Don't let this diamond in the rough fool you! The food is "Ummmm Ummmm Goood!" I always passed it up because I'm a Chicken... Fiesta fan, but let me tell you.....fall off the bone, melt in your mouth chicken!!!!! I will go back again and spread the word.Staff is bi-lingual, nice, and friendly.
