Not sure why there's a lot of negative comments here but the pho and spring rolls were really good
The pho broth was so watered down, that you could barley distinguish that it was pho. The pho tasted more like wonton soup... without the wonton flavor. The shrimp fried rice was a joke! They sliced the medium sized shrimp into 3 pieces so it makes theillusion that you have more shrimp. You don't. The fried rice like the pho lacked flavor. The fact that you call to order,get a NY cell phone voicemail, and no one answers is infuriating. My husband was very excited to try this place, but this wasour first and only visit. Read more
Recently did an Uber eats order. I’ve had food from here before and it was pretty good. Ordered some different rice dishes and... noodle dishes. The items that had chicken -the chicken was overcooked and dry. Totally inedible. Not a lot of flavor. The porkdishes were also overcooked and dry. The order was two hours late. It was not Uber‘s fault, the restaurant was taking a longtime to cook the food. For the amount of money I paid and how long I had to wait it shouldn’t have been over cooked. Ordered the vietnamese pancake with shrimp, pork, and bean sprouts. It was severely undercooked to the point of the whole dish... just being mush. The dish didn't come with fish sauce like it normally does and the 2 small leaves of lettuce you're supposed towrap the pancake In was underneath the hot pancake so it was completely wilted. Unfortunately this has the worst pho I've ever tried. The broth was very very bitter and tasted of burnt coffee almost. I could... not continue eating after only 3 bites because of how bad it was. I even went so far as to bring it home to have my roommatestry because I thought my taste buds were messed up. When they tried the broth they also gagged and asked how I even was able toeat a full bite. I I wouldn't recommend this place to get pho. Read more
