This was my first time visiting and I was impressed. The location was easy to find. The people who worked there are amazing. Any... questions I had they was able to answer for me. Excellent customer service. The food is cooked right there on the spot. The waitwasn't long at all. Most importantly, the food was AMAZING! I got the Philly vegan supreme cheesesteak with fries. Once again, I listened to the hype from others and wasn?t impressed. I looked forward to trying this place because of the... cheesesteak everyone was talking about. Personally, not impressed or they ran out of seasoning as our food was being prepared.As a consumer who has visited quite a few vegan establishments, I was quite disappointed. Now, I get what they?re going for butI believe it could be better. The portion of food was ridiculous for one person but I get it. Definitely a ?healthy junk food?spot, if you will. We ordered the loaded nachos, cheesesteak with fries and milkshakes (Oreo and dreamsicle). The nachos didn?tlook appetizing but they were decent with the help of hot sauce and a prayer. We ordered food from here tonight, and it was RIDICULOUSLY GOOD. The recipe for the cheesesteak meat & cheese is stellar, and... the onion rings are deliciously seasoned. My husband got the sampler, and everything in it was great as well. The egg rolls &cheesesteak fries exceeded expectations. This place is a MUST try! Read more
I stopped twice while eating the vegan Philly cheesesteak (with tots) check and confirm that, yes, I had ordered the vegan and... it was completely vegan- because it is THAT GOOD. My partner and I were visiting Richmond for his work but since we got home Ihave been asking if he has any other work trips coming up because I need another one or five Philly cheesesteaks from here.
