This store is probably the worst in the greater Richmond area. From the food to the employees, it?s always a horrible... experience. I figured I?d give it one final shot tonight. Never again. My food has always been great from this location. The sauce is great and isn?t skimpy on the pizzas like some pizza places. The... drivers are friendly and I get my order quickly. If I could I would be giving NO STARS! The last 5-6 times I have ordered from the Beulah Rd., North Chesterfield, VA location... my order gets cancelled by the store. They claim no delivery driver. They happily take my money which takes 3-5 business daysto get back. They keep my tip; WHY? They didn't make my food nor did they deliver the order. My tip money is for them showingtheir poor service and shady business practices. DON'T WASTE YOUR TME; you won't be happy; order elsewhere. Read more
Horrible. We ordered a pizza and a cookie but when the driver delivered our pizza he forgot to give us the cookie. The cookie is... like a $6.50 cookie so of course we were upset. We called the store and the woman who answered was extremely rude, she prettymuch told us that it was with the driver when he left so there was nothing she could do for us. Very rude! Horrible Delivery service!!! I have been ordering from them for a few years now and I don?t know if they hired new drivers, but... their delivery driver canceled my order because he calmed he couldn?t find my location. I just ordered from them two weeks ago.The delivery driver didn?t have any problems finding my location. I have had the same address for years! I called to get arefund and they acted like it was a problem to get my money back, all I heard was a whole attitude over the phone, then theysaid it will be 7 to 10 days before I can get my money back!! Excuse me?? 7 to 10 days because your delivery driver supposedlycouldn?t find my location the same location I have used for years to order from the same Papa johns? Yeah I will never orderfrom them again. Never again! If I can give no stars I would have!!! I just ordered these cheese sticks it hasn't been 20 minutes delivery driver voicemail not only were they cold they barely have... any cheese on them. Don't ever order delivery. Unless you are cool with over an hour wait and then they notate the pizza as delivered to offset... some metric they are graded against for speed of delivery. This happens on basically every order I make. Read more
