Employees are incompetent. You?d have better luck getting a frozen pizza from the grocery store. Delivery orders will not make... it to you. I was very polite when I called about my order and the employee was actually mean to me. Read more
Ordered an extra large pizza when it got to me the pizza was moved all around in the box because it was a large pizza in an... extra large box. I called and the employee said the cook must have only cut it in 8 slices instead of 10 hahahaha right!!!!!!!So I didn't eat because there wasn't enough. Read more
HORRIBLE customer service!!! Needs new management.. I made an order online at 7:41 and it said an estimated delivery time 50... minutes waited for 2 whole hours and nothing. Called the store and they don?t pick up because they match your phone number withthe order, called from a different phone and magically they pick up right away. Had to call the papa johns customer service toget in touch with the store and get my refund back. NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENS. Fire LORENZO, he is rude and no help atall. Read more

I ordered a couple of pizzas and a soda on the app which told me the food would get to me in about an hour. Shortly after I... received a call letting me know that the delivery time would take longer than usual due to lack of delivery drivers. The managerToni told me she?d give me a 25% discount if I was able to pick it up as an option. She was pleasant and apologized for theinconvenience multiple times.
